Wrenna Prest, MCP, RPQ

Hello and Welcome! My name is Wrenna.

Starting therapy with someone new can be daunting, so I want to acknowledge your courage in looking at my profile. I hope that this can be the beginning of an impactful journey for you.

I genuinely enjoy getting to know people and believe that human connection is a powerful foundation for healing and growth. My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to your unique experiences and needs. I work to create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported. Our time together is all about YOU, so sessions will be guided by your context, your needs, your direction, and at your own pace.

Before pursuing becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade as a Child and Youth Worker in Ontario schools and community service settings, supporting children, adolescents, and families. In that role, I loved working with others to build meaningful relationships and feel good about who they are and where they are in life.

That experience shapes how I show up in my work now: with patience, curiosity, and respect for each person’s capacity to heal. I pull from evidence-based approaches to deepen self-understanding and to help navigate life’s challenges, always centering your voice and values.

I offer individual therapy for youth 16+ and adults, under the supervision of Pamela Green.

If you think we may be a good fit, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you!
