About the Workshop
Would you like to bring more peace and joy to your home, without frequently feeling stuck in a power struggle with your child? Would you like to learn alternatives to time-out, to help your child cooperate in a more joyful way? Would you like to learn more effective ways of responding to your child’s misbehavior? Most importantly, would like to form a deeper connection to your child that is long lasting? If you answered yes to any of the above questions, I invite you to join me on this one day intensive parenting workshop.
In this workshop, you will be provided with many practical tools based on a relational approach to parenting (Attachment Theory), current research in neuroscience and psychotherapy. This way, you will be supported to find a way to your child’s heart, form a deeper connection and resolve conflicts peacefully.
Participants will learn
- Underlying reasons for behavior problems
- Why specific kinds of play can reduce behavior problems
- Practice various forms of play
- Explore childhood feelings about play
Learning outcome: Use play to solve children’s behavior problems and strengthen the parent/child connection.
